Summary
Project aims to increase community resilience with respect of complex threats with epidemic, natural and technologic characters by capacity building, conditions set up for possible Local platforms of disaster risk reduction (DRR) and efficiency enhancement of other segments of Integrated Rescue System. Output will be the guidelines for Local Platforms of DRR creation and summarizing research report. Project will be based on the analysis of experience in the Czech Republic and abroad nd from modern concepts of resilience and risk governance. Target groups are local governments, Local Action Groups and other segments of the Integrated Rescue System.
